ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday declared verdict of the Peshawar High Court (PHC) null and void regarding fixation of prices of chicken and beef. A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Justice Saqib Nisar heard the case. The apex court after hearing the case nullified the verdict of PHC, saying the High Court does not have right to take suo moto notice.
